According to the new licensing regulations for physicians, the medical preliminary examination is conducted in writing with multiple-choice questions. In this collection of questions, we have attempted to implement the basic chemical knowledge required in the subject catalog for the medical preliminary examination in multiple-choice format. Our goal was to provide students with practice material so they can familiarize themselves with the question-and-answer technique (self-assessment) and review their chemistry knowledge (preparation for the exam situation). Most questions are selected to be answerable within the allotted time of 90 seconds without aids such as a slide rule. The knowledge required in the subject catalog is assumed. For example, it can be reviewed using the book by Latscha and Klein, "Chemistry for Medical Professionals," published by Springer.
