The book presents the theory of elliptic functions and their applications in detail. Beginning with numerical calculations, Section I covers geometric applications, while Section II focuses on arithmetic applications. Important objectives include a proof of Abel's theorem and the calculation of class invariants. Other applications involve the computation of representation numbers of quadratic forms and the determination of class number relations. The unfinished physical part of the work is dedicated to the analytical theory of the planar joint quadrilateral.
