Product details
Access to vocational education is crucial for further life opportunities. Unlike educational disadvantages, discrimination in the allocation of apprenticeships has so far received little attention from political and scientific circles. This volume presents the results of a qualitative study that highlights the causes and reasons for workplace discrimination. Based on this empirical foundation, it clarifies approaches, requirements, and potentials for overcoming the disadvantages faced by migrant youth.
