In line with the guiding principle of inclusion, every person should be able to participate in society - including in the workforce. However, people with disabilities are significantly underrepresented in the general labor market, despite numerous appeals, laws, and incentives. The authors of this book discuss, based on findings from qualitative and quantitative research, to what extent the personal attitudes of HR managers towards people with disabilities influence corporate personnel measures - and how these attitudes can be addressed.
