Sebastian Feldmann is dedicated to the construction of a humanoid robot prototype based on a comprehensive reengineering approach, taking into account new insights from the research field of human communication and nonverbal communication. He is developing an innovative demonstrator that will enable extensive research on the acceptance of a humanoid robot in the presence of a human interaction partner in the future, and he addresses deficiencies in nonverbal communication with a virtual skeleton model and custom-developed script animation software.
