However, the main focus is on classical contract law. The book is aimed not only at beginners in their studies but also seeks to provide useful assistance before the state examination during a second review of the General Part. To facilitate the review of material, extensive mnemonic phrases are provided that reflect the exam-relevant issues of the General Part. The case solutions are presented in more detail than what can be expected in an exam essay, in the interest of conveying and deepening the necessary examination knowledge.
