The case collection on media criminal law fills a gap in the educational and study literature for a specific area of law that has been gaining increasing importance in studies, exams, and practice. As an ideal complement to the textbook "Media Criminal Law," the author now presents a work that allows students to test their knowledge acquired through lectures and textbook reading on concrete cases. The case collection includes a total of 18 cases from all areas of media criminal law. The assignments vary in scope and difficulty, ranging from 3-hour to 5-hour exam tasks, as well as term papers.
