Carmen Barth questions the possibilities for competence development through reflective conversations, focusing on the annual competence development discussion. Here, students from the Speech Therapy program at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg reflect on their personal development across disciplines once a year. They discuss their learning progress and developments in both theoretical and practical training, looking back on the past year. The results of this research and the experiences from recent years contribute to the proposal for a reflection framework.
