Complexity and lack of clarity, rationality and intuition - these are challenges that both science and practice face. The book introduces system constellations as a scientific method that allows for productive management of complexity. The particular strength of the method lies in its visualization capabilities. The book builds on the experiences and reflections that the two authors have gained in recent years with system constellations in research and teaching at the University of Bremen. The method of system constellations is primarily known for supporting therapeutic processes or organizational consulting. However, it has much more potential. Constellations can make the complexity of any type of system tangible. Interventions can be easily simulated.
