Sebastian Hohenberg conceptualizes an employee-oriented sales management approach that explicitly takes into account individual and intercultural differences among employees. Additionally, the success factors and design options for employee-oriented management are analyzed based on two empirical studies. The Institute for Market-Oriented Corporate Management (IMU) was re-established at the University of Mannheim in 1999. It serves as a platform for applied research and as a forum for dialogue between science and practice. The aim of this series of publications is to disseminate scientific findings that are relevant to market-oriented corporate management.
