The book presents the fundamentals of electrical engineering in a relaxed, understandable, yet professionally competent manner, guiding readers towards experiments. Some content is illustrated with unusual, therefore very vivid images and graphics. Innovative analogies, some of which have not yet been used, are presented, for example, in Kirchhoff's laws, the hydrodynamic analogy of the electrical coil, and the transistor. The reader is motivated by expressive images as well as 2D and 3D graphics. For conducting and evaluating experiments, topics such as rearranging formulas and trigonometric functions are covered, and a thorough introduction to spreadsheet software is provided.
