Product details

The multi-volume work "Testing of Paper, Board, Pulp, and Wood Pulp" is conceived as the successor to Volume IV of the Handbook for Material Testing "Paper and Pulp Testing," which was last published in 1953 under the editorship and authorship of Prof. Dr.-Ing. R. Korn and Dr.-Ing. F. Burgstaller. The author and editor of the first edition of the "Paper Testing" handbook in 1888 was Prof. Dr. Herzberg, followed by a total of seven further updated editions. Since the publication of this handbook, the production of paper fiber products has significantly increased worldwide, and the product range has greatly expanded. New applications for these products have initiated new and further requirements regarding various new or altered properties that arise from the use of modified fiber materials.
