The symptomatology of ADHD presents itself as particularly complex and diverse during adolescence. Interventions should be designed to help young people acquire enduring skills for various everyday situations, enabling them to manage the consequences and impairments of their condition throughout their lives. Adolescents should take as much responsibility as possible for their therapeutic process and be empowered in their resources. The standardized training program aims to enhance competence in three core areas: attention, behavioral organization, and emotional regulation. In ten training sessions, methods and strategies will be applied and practiced with the adolescents for motivation, improved attention, better planning behavior, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and self-management.
