This book provides fundamental knowledge about sleep coaching, an integrative psychotherapeutic approach to the non-medical treatment of sleep problems. The main focus is on the planning and implementation of psychological treatment concepts for sleep disorders (sleep education, elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, gestalt and hypnotherapy, conversation techniques, and nightmare management).
