This conference proceedings focuses on international decolonial social work with an emphasis on social diversity, addressing topics such as gender discussions, religious pluralization, indigenous social work, migration, and inclusion from the perspective of country-specific approaches. The countries examined have extensive experience in migration-specific social work due to internal migration caused by experiences of violence (Colombia) or economic reasons (India), are undergoing a political transformation process (Cuba), or must find country-specific solutions due to high emigration (India). The interdisciplinary perspective arises from a social work, educational, philosophical, and political science approach.
