This exercise book contains fully worked-out problems from semiconductor circuit technology. It covers topics such as semiconductor physics, components, amplifier and logic circuits, as well as the design of integrated circuits. Through selected problems, the reader learns the approach to solving issues from various areas of semiconductor circuit technology. The focus is on acquiring methodological skills, which is why particular emphasis has been placed on the detailed presentation of solution methods. This exercise book complements the textbook "Introduction to Semiconductor Circuit Technology," also published by Springer, but it can also be used independently. Online materials available on the extra server include the student version of the circuit simulator OrCAD-PSpice 9.1 and associated PSpice files.
