The textile machinery industry is there to assist and advise the spinner and weaver in enhancing quality and production scale. The author has made an effort in designing this book to consider the individual interests of the textile technology and textile machinery sectors, but he also saw it as a noble task to illuminate common problems from both sides. The chapter "Processes in Weaving" serves as a general introduction and is complemented by a display board. In particular, the interaction of the machines working in preparation will be visually represented, as the following chapters: warp yarn winding machines, twisting machines, bobbin and shuttle machines, sizing machines, preparation machines for inserting the finished warp, and shuttle winding machines address the issues of the individual processes.
