Brigitte Seiler identifies in her interdisciplinary empirical study the factors influencing human change processes using hermeneutic and qualitative social science methods, and translates these into the model of interactional change processes (ModiV). Axially structured, ModiV supports a systematic capture and design of change processes in psychotherapy, education, and counseling, taking into account situational processing possibilities as well as biographical traces and influencing conditions. Complemented by extrapersonal, temporal, and configurational aspects, it enables the creation of an individual condition profile to promote individuals.
