The so-called esoteric hours refer to lectures given by Rudolf Steiner at various locations within his first esoteric school. Note-taking during these sessions was not allowed, which meant that participants could only record what they remembered afterward. Among other things, general exercises are explained in more detail from various aspects; experiences that can occur on the training path are described, or specific teaching content that is already known in its fundamentals is elaborated upon.
