The use of ultrasound in the field of dermatology is still relatively new. Ultrasound diagnostics, especially with high-resolution ultrasound (20 MHz), has proven to be useful in inflammatory skin conditions as well as in skin tumors and in the diagnosis and assessment of lymph nodes, particularly regarding their dignity. The book thoroughly covers the entire area of ultrasound diagnostics of the skin and lymph nodes. The practical approach is described and conveyed through a variety of images and interpretation of findings.
