With the "Farmers' Wives Preserving Book," the success of the series, which has presented the best recipes from Austrian farmers' wives in recent years, continues and is, in a way, made sustainable. Preserving through canning and pickling is indeed one of the domains of agricultural enterprises; it’s no wonder that more than enough inspiration was found in the kitchens of local farms, making the selection from the submitted recipes quite challenging. The recipe range in the book starts with the classic favorites: strawberry, currant, cherry, and apricot jam. With a healthy dose of creativity, raspberry sparkling wine jam is also created from the fruits.
