Product details

Actually, Stoffel, the little ghost of the old Steinfurt Castle, has no desire to learn how to haunt. However, when he meets other Münsterland ghost children in his class, like Gregor von Gravenhorst, Vinzenz von Vischering, Walburga von Welbergen, and Benny von Bentlage, he finds the ghost school so much fun that he even floats to class voluntarily in the mornings. Soon, the class also grows fond of their ghost teacher, the big old Baldur, who has been responsible for rattling chains and similar hauntings at Bentheim Castle for centuries. And who would have thought that haunting could actually be quite useful in the end?! Usch Hollmann has already demonstrated a fine sense of humor and irony in her "Lisbeth" books, which is also evident in this, her first children's book. Additionally, as a native Swiss, she brings a unique perspective to the Münsterland.
