Noa, a young Israeli woman, hesitantly falls in love in Tel Aviv with Noah, a Jewish businessman from London, and shortly thereafter they become husband and wife, beginning their somewhat dull married life in East Finchley, London. The only excitement comes from the little sins in Noa's housewife life: she secretly serves her well-behaved Jewish husband non-kosher meat for dinner. But then things get turbulent: the supplier of the forbidden pork, a muscular English butcher, ignites a fierce sexual desire in her, and a delightful little comedy unfolds.
