In the small apartment above Maggie's garage, Katchoo works on her large-format paintings while Francine lands a dream job - unfortunately not as an advertising assistant as planned, but as the star of a national awareness campaign: as the Condom Girl. In the background, the mafia-like Darcy Parker is pulling her strings all the way to Washington, and Katchoo must once again take on the hated job as a decoy for her, as Darcy has a terrible leverage in her hands.
