The second volume of the publication series contains the results of the conference "Inclusion through Sports: Research for People with Disabilities" held on October 24, 2012, in Cologne. The conference was organized by the Ministry for Family, Children, Youth, Culture, and Sports of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, the Gold-Kraemer Foundation, and the Research Institute for Inclusion through Movement and Sports in cooperation with numerous sports associations. The experts present their viewpoints and current research findings on the sports participation of people with disabilities in the context of the ongoing debate about increasing inclusion in sports.
