Employee motivation is an important task for today's management. In order for leaders to fulfill their responsibilities and inspire employees to achieve peak performance, they must understand how to positively and performance-enhancing influence the attitudes and motivation of their staff. Since each employee pursues different goals and the company's objectives must also be taken into account, leaders need to develop a flexible incentive system to align the goals of employees with those of the organization. But how should an incentive system be specifically designed to motivate employees? In this book, the author critically examines the enhancement of employee motivation through incentive systems.
