Among the Canary Islands, all pearls in the Atlantic, it is "La Isla Bonita" - the beautiful island. The interior of the island, with its craters and majestic mountain ranges rising over 2,400 meters, along with the black beaches along the coastline, testify to its volcanic origin. To preserve this beauty, the entire island has been declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. The ancient cultural history is evidenced by settlement traces and petroglyphs of the Guanches, while one can easily get lost strolling through the streets.
