The central theme of this work is the symbolic shaping of experiences that takes place in the artistic process, juxtaposing the data of the artwork and life. Art, as the configurative symbolic transformation of experiential content, remains closely linked to the question of its autonomy. The unexpected emergence of new structural variations, the repetition of certain structural patterns, and the uniqueness of new structural forms of artistic works that arise from structural complexity not only give rise to new hypotheses about the structural value of individual artistic works but also lead to hypotheses about the institutional structural value of art for modern or postmodern society.
