Individuals can be recognized by their unique perspective. They derive a second meaning from all publicly accessible things and events, which is initially only accessible to them. In this highly personal viewpoint, what one might perceive as the slowness of another person could be attributed by that person to their own impatience. This individualized way of experiencing is not particularly conducive to consensus. However, there may be instances where another person, instead of simply shaking their head, empathizes with my worldview and even begins to validate it through their own actions: rather than accusing me of impatience, they act a bit faster themselves. For others, my experience remains irrelevant, but for that individual, it evidently holds the power of a strong motivation. This makes things easier for me.
