The supervision examines the psychodynamics of interaction relationships either between professionals and their clients or within the organizational hierarchy, revealing the interplay of psychological and institutional structures. The book presents the methods of communicative social research in the context of the microanalysis of multi-year supervision processes. At the same time, it traces the development from healing to team supervision and then to complex forms of organizational development over the past fifteen years, drawing conclusions for a contemporary supervision concept.
