The women in the visual universe of Japanese photographer Kazuma Ogaeri have multifaceted faces – and one is not mistaken to read into them: they have moist, sinful dreams. While waiting for their ideal lover, they indulge in tender play among girls. Frivolous games while reading, with a book in one hand and the other hand parting their labia. Cuddled together, they caress each other’s delicate breasts and fondle their vulvas with rapturous gazes. In many of the photographs, the models signal unmistakable desire. The eroticism arises from lack. Everything in this photo book expresses anticipation and cries out for pleasure. Nothing is more exciting, says Ogaeri, than women who can no longer control their sexual urges.
