This volume launches the series "Systemic Impulses for Social Work," which does not initially operate under the label of a specific systemic paradigm, but rather presents works that address questions of social work from various systemic, system-oriented, and system-theoretical perspectives, advancing the development of theory and methods for a systemically oriented social work. The series aims to provide an opportunity to introduce innovative systemic approaches to social work issues to the professional community and to attempt the transfer of existing systemic models and concepts to areas of work that have been little addressed from a systemic perspective. It also sees itself as a contribution to the dialogue between different directions that are collectively attributed to the systemic or system-theoretical paradigm.
