This work develops a formulation of the rigid-viscoplastic flow potentials of cubic face-centered crystals through a tensorial Fourier series expansion with texture coefficients. From the single crystal formulation, the macroscopic flow potentials are approximately determined by calculating the elementary bounds in both stress and strain rate spaces. Numerical examples demonstrate the quality of the texture-based approximation.
