Jaak Panksepp, PhD, is the Baily Endowed Chair for Animal Welfare Science at the College of Veterinary Medicine at Washington State University, an emeritus Distinguished Professor in the Department of Psychology at Bowling Green State University, and the director of the Falk Centers for Molecular Therapeutics at Northwestern University. Lucy Biven trained at the Anna Freud Centre in London and was the head of the Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy Department at the Leicestershire National Health Service in England. She is currently an editor for the Journal of Neuropsychoanalysis.
