The material is divided into a theoretical and a practical part: In the theoretical section, children learn about the life of the artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser through a variety of engaging methods. The practical part provides twelve creative activities based on different Hundertwasser works. For each activity, you will find teacher notes with background information and a fully developed lesson plan, as well as a worksheet for working on the respective artwork. In the process, children will learn and apply various techniques, including watercolor painting, scratch technique with wax crayons, camouflage, colored pencil drawing, comb technique, and three-dimensional design. The appendix includes color reproductions of the Hundertwasser works featured in the activities.
