Apollo, who has recently been struggling on Earth as the acne-prone boy Lester, finally knows what he must do to regain his immortality: he must revive the ancient oracles, his true domain. With the bronze dragon Festus, he flies across the USA in search of a cave oracle. However, his relentless adversaries, the old Roman Emperor Nero and his two accomplices, are determined to stop him by any means necessary and resort to new levels of wickedness.
