The last days of crime in America are numbered. In the near future, the US government has found the perfect solution to tackle crime and terrorism: a neuro-inhibitor that makes it impossible for all residents of the country to commit illegal acts. At the same time, they plan to eliminate cash and completely switch to a digital payment system, an ideal means to keep track of money flows. This is where Graham Bricke comes into play, a professional criminal who wants to steal one of the machines used to load the new credit cards. However, he and his two psychotic criminal friends only have two weeks left to pull off the last big heist in history before the first use of the neuro-inhibitor derails their plans.
