As part of her training for nursing service management (PDL), the author Nadine Lange has intensively engaged with this topic. In her book, she demonstrates the different leadership styles and how they should be applied. Additionally, she explains the resources and tools available to achieve set goals. The focus is on one's own personality, as it must align with the chosen leadership style. Frustration on both sides thus becomes a thing of the past.
