What would happen if we could stroll through the revolutionary history of the 20th century and, without fear of the possible answers, asked the key protagonists - from Lenin to Che Guevara, from Alexandra Kollontai to Ulrike Meinhof - seemingly naive questions about love? The most radical among them, as Croatian philosopher Srecko Horvat notes, feared such inquiries. Although all significant political and social changes of the 20th century sparked heated debates about the role of love, it seems that in the 21st century, with its new technologies of self (Grindr, Tinder, online dating, etc.), we are facing a hyperinflation of sex rather than love. This book aims to contribute to the current uprisings around the world - from Tahrir to Taksim, from Occupy Wall Street to Hong Kong, from Athens to Sarajevo.
