Product details

Does the world as we perceive it have a cause? Kashmir Shaivism describes the process of the universe's emergence from its cause to our gross material world and thus to ourselves, as well as the means to recognize this in a vibrant realization. We only need to remember who we are. Jaideva Singh (1893-1986) was a great scholar of music, philosophy, and Sanskrit. He was the head of Y. D. College in Lakhimpur Kheri, served as chief producer at All India Radio, and was, among other roles, the chairman of the U. P. Sangit Natak Akademi. In 1974, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Indian government. He dedicated the last part of his life to the study of Kashmir Shaivism.
