Angela Salloker (March 5, 1913, in Moschganzen near Pettau; today Ptuj, Slovenia; January 3, 2006, in Graz) was an Austrian actress. At the tender age of 15, Angela Salloker made her stage debut as Hannele in Hanneles Himmelfahrt (after Gerhart Hauptmann) at the Schauspielhaus Graz. In the same year, she began a three-year acting course with Lori Weiser there. Additionally, she received her first permanent stage engagement in Graz in 1928. Furthermore, from 1935 to 1938, she studied voice training in Berlin with Prof. Margaret Langen. In the following years, Angela Salloker performed at numerous significant German-speaking theaters, including in Breslau, Munich, Salzburg, Berlin (Deutsches Theater), Vienna (including Burgtheater, Theater in der Josefstadt), Konstanz, Zurich, Kassel, Göttingen, and also guest-performed at the Heidelberg Festival and the Salzburg Festival.
