Product details
The Bergamasque Alps (Italian: Alpi Orobie) are a mountain range approximately 80 km long located in the Southern Alps of Northern Italy. They stretch between Lake Como in the west and Lake Iseo or the Val Camonica in the east. To the north, they border the valley landscape of Valtellina. A significant part of the Bergamasque Alps, particularly in the south, is composed of limestone, which is why they are also classified as part of the Southern Limestone Alps. Politically, they belong to the provinces of Lecco, Bergamo, and Sondrio in the Lombardy region. The highest peak of the mountain range is Pizzo di Coca, standing at 3,052 meters.
