First, the prologue presents the content of all six levels in descending order. This order arises from the initially external, yet still gripping influence of level VI, moving closer and closer to our inner selves until it ultimately finds its conclusion at level I. Just as the smaller doll can hide within the next larger one, our heart can be concealed. However, we are always complete, even if on different levels. We gradually touch all levels of our being, and in doing so, we will reach and address all obstacles and illnesses.
