Settlement area, occupation zone, and breeding ground refer not only to our language as grammar and semantics but also to all those cultural and civilizational constructs and configurations that have been formulated in language and that, in turn, shaped language, from the Paleolithic to the 21st century. Constructs that penetrate or overlap with one another, rigid, fluid, anarchic, explosive, governed by law and wildness.
