Corporate crime in the Federal Republic of Germany

Product details
Corporate crime is crime committed by members of a company for the benefit of that company. Although individual cases, such as the corruption scandal involving Siemens, generate significant media attention, the phenomenon of corporate crime is largely unknown in its entirety. It remains largely unclear to what extent corporate crime occurs, what characteristics it exhibits, and where its causes can be found. This work addresses this research gap and looks back at a rather dark chapter in the economic history of Germany.
