Biene, Sabine is doing well. She spends her afternoons at the café Iguana run by her parents, where there is always something happening. Biene plays Mill with Jockel, the rhyming regular, and lets the old woman Almut, with her bright purple lips and silver earrings, read her cards. And when Beere stops by before band practice with Mama, Biene rushes into the kitchen, makes Beere his favorite drink, toothpaste juice, and decorates his arm with a pen. After all, Biene wants to become a tattoo artist one day. However, the idyllic scene suddenly collapses when Beere learns that his son has a heart condition and needs surgery. No one knows if he will survive the procedure. In Biene's search for answers to the big question of death, it turns out that the reserved loner Phillip, whom everyone in class calls "Milk Boy," is the one who can help.
