As hotel businesses rely largely on international customers due to globalization, decreasing travel prices, and the development of faster transportation methods, employees are trained early in intercultural communication to satisfy guests from all over the world. But what does such training look like? This paper analyzes the training opportunities applied for employees to cater to different cultural backgrounds. The cultural differences between the German-speaking region and Turkey are particularly relevant to this work, as they hold significant tourist importance.
