A poor, stubborn farmer is supposed to sell his farm to the municipality, according to the mayor's wishes, so that a connection to a highway can be built there. He lets a refugee family from Pakistan move into the house across the street and hopes that the farmer will sell his farm out of sheer xenophobia. However, things develop differently than the mayor expects, and in the end, the farmer outsmarts him with his own tactics.
