Time and again, women are led to believe from all sides that they cannot be successful and happy. Eva Scholl and Susi Thürer-Reber disagree with this notion. Success and happiness are by no means mutually exclusive. On the contrary: success - as each woman defines it for herself - brings happiness. Women need to work towards being successful and happy. This cannot be achieved through restraint, diplomacy, and balance, but only through determination, creativity, courage, and perseverance.
