Product details

The second part, "Kai and the Riding Badge," builds on the first volume, "Kai and the Pony Farm," and introduces young readers to the next episode in the lives of Kai and his disabled friend Katja. This time, they learn about ring riding and travel with the foal Alexander to Behrenhausen for the foal championship. After that, things get serious for Kai. He must prove his riding skills in front of the judges, as he participates in the course to obtain the German Riding Badge. An outing takes them into the world of vaulting, and the two children are deeply impressed by the acrobatic performances of their peers. On a stormy autumn day, an accident occurs at the pony farm. Can Katja save Alexander? One thing is for sure: it ends well for everyone involved. At the turn of the year, everyone gathers for the Christmas celebration.
